The Center for Online and Innovative Learning is now accepting Open Enrollment applications for grades 4-6 for the 2023-2024 school year!

We will be accepting applications for Open Enrollment for COIL beginning February 6, 2023. Please submit one application per child you would like to enroll at COIL. Open enrollment applications for the first round of applications are due by 5 PM on February 15, 2023.

Students will be accepted in priority order per CGESD's Open Enrollment Policy. If the number of applications for a grade level and/or the total school exceeds capacity, a random drawing of names will be held. Students whose names are not drawn will be placed on a waiting list in the order their names are drawn. Parents will be notified no later than March 1, 2023, of acceptance or waitlist status. For those students accepted on open enrollment, the school will also notify parents of the additional steps that will be needed to complete enrollment (either transfer enrollment or new student enrollment).

Applications received after 5 PM on February 15th will be considered in the order received and parents will be notified of acceptance status no later than the first day of the month following submission or within 2 business days, whichever is longer.

COIL will have a maximum capacity of 120 students total, with no more than 50 students per grade level in each grade 4, 5, and 6. If the Superintendent has determined that there is capacity to enroll additional pupils, such pupils shall be selected on the basis of designated priority categories from the pool of pupils who have properly completed and submitted applications and who meet admission standards.

Open Enrollment applications will be accepted via the online Google Form linked below or by completing the paper form and turning it in to the COIL office located at 1000 N Amarillo Street Casa Grande, AZ 85122.
