• Frontline Help Desk Management

    This system is web-based, so it is available anywhere you are with internet access.  The system is also tied to our new inventory system allowing us to better track work orders on individual devices.   

    In order to receive updates and follow-up on a work order, all staff should submit their own work orders.

    Facilities work orders will still use SchoolDude.

Help Desk Tickets

  • Submit a Help Desk Ticket: https://cgesd.gethelphss.com/login 

    Sign In: Log in with Google. If you are signed in to your Chrome browser, it will automatically sign you in when you click "Sign in".   If you are using a different browser, you will be prompted to log in with your Google account. Be sure to log in with your CGESD Google account.

    If you do not have internet access or are unable to log in to submit a ticket, please call Helpdesk at ext 3419 (out of district 520-876-3419).
