• With the recent approval from the U.S. Department of Agriculture(USDA) to serve free meals to children 18 years and younger through June 2021, meals will be available to every child without the determination of eligibility status. USDA has approved for schools to provide families with meals during school breaks and weekends. Menus can be found on our district webpage, as well as, MealViewer.com.

    As a reminder, your student’s meal account balance automatically carries into the next school year until completion of the 8th grade. It is up to you to monitor your child’s lunch account balance and you may do so free of charge at www.MySchoolBucks.com. If your child will no longer be attending the Casa Grande Elementary School District and has a balance remaining in his/her meal account, it is
    your responsibility to request a refund, if you elect to do so. Per the district’s debt policy, any positive balance remaining after one year on an inactive account will become the property of the Casa Grande Elementary School District Department of Nutrition Services. Forfeited money on the account will be used to pay the debt after the end of the school year.  

    To receive a refund of your child's lunch account balance, please fill out the attached form and send it via email to Alicia.macias@cgesd.org. If you do not have access to email, please contact our Nutrition Services office at 520-876-3411 to complete the form over the phone. Student Meal Account refunds are processed upon receipt.
